How can I fix my Goodmans GTV42P3 X-Pro 42inch Plasma?

I have a Goodmans GTV42P3 X-Pro 42inch Plasma TV. I switched the TV off and now it won't go back on. I have a blank screen (and no sound) and no on/off light. I have tried the fuse that seems to be ok can you help????

I am just trying to fix a Goodmans GTV42P3, is also has no power.

The main power board is at fault.

So far I have confirmed that the following parts on the power board have died, R102, R103, D102, Q101, Q102.

I have not yet replaced these items yet, but will be shortly.
