i put in the disc that i got with my printer, but am still having problems. it worked ok on my old computer with xp, my new computer is on windows vista, dell inspiron 530
If you had read any of the stuff you got with Vista you wouild see that you need new drivers for your printer. The XP drivers won't work.
Second, if you had said in your question what brand your printer is I could have pointed you to their web site so that you could download Vista drivers for the printer.
As is stands try putting the printer brand into a search engine and then you can go to the manufacturer's site for new drivers.
