Lg Fridge freezer freezer wrong temp plus water dispenser broken?

I have exactly the same problem as another post. Top shelf of freezer not working. Also I think motor has broken on water dispenser. The model is a GR-642 TVPF Express cool. Only bought in 2002 and I love my fridge freezer can someone please help.

Did you ever get as reply to your question about the borken water dispenser, as we seem to have the same problem. Dispenser moter seems to be working but it is not drawing water.
