Mend Proline 1405R Tv Model Perfectly

Proline SF4 remote. How do I tune T.V?

I have just been given a portable Proline TV with SF4 remote. Model 1405R.
This worked perfectly when tuned to a different transmitter.
I have no instructions and can't tune it here on my aerial. No problem with equipment/signal.
Please can someone tell me either:-
1.how to tune it OR
2. Where can I download an instruction leaflet.

I've just mailed you as I have exactly the same problem and situation with being given the same model TV and remote.
If you have any luck with the user manual or manage to tune the TV, can you please pass on some tips!
