It's easy.
- Take off the front panel (two screws 5" from bottom).
- Take off the thing holding the drum in place (four screws on sides)
The drum will be loose now and with a little finegeling you can pull it out. There is a spring loaded tensioner for the belt pulley (back right corner underneath the drum).
