Gainsborough 8.5 scl running hot, dribble?

My shower has seemingly for no reason broken. It's been fine up until this morning when the flow out of the head is a trickle and the temperature really very hot... any ideas? The pressure for the other taps in the house is as normal. The unit is less than a year old, very annoying!

Exact same thing happened with mine.. Pump was shot.. Ended up getting a new one... Now 18 months later, the element has died on that now... Note to self.. Don't buy Gainsborough anymore..
