How can I fix my Zanussi Washing Machine Model ZWF1440W?

Had the same problem myself 2 days ago, Called helpline and they didn't Know either, so suggested an engineer come out at a cost of £67.00 + vat + parts. Not for me, so I did a little investigating of my own only to find the circuit board had burn't out, after only light use over 2 years. Repacement board
£122.77 + vat delivered. (I fit) So I put this one down to expierence and I'm off to B & Q to get another which I have seen for £129.00 inc (there has to be something wrong with this picture somewhere) Zanussi again.....not for me.
