I have tried to play a video and also DVD on my machine and nothing is happening. The screen on the TV is also not working through the channel where it was playing.
As soon as i press play on the remote control to play the video nothing happens. There is a noise to suggest it is trying to play the video but doesn't. Also i put a DVD in to play and again it says it is playing on the front of the machine but nothing is coming out on the screen.
The power is working and there is no video stuck in the machine because i have ejected two of them to make sure that it is not the video itself.
Can you help please.
THE MODEL IS A PANASONIC DVD RECORDER. MODEL NUMBER - EZ47VEB
Try connecting the player to the TV using a scart lead. If you were using rf (aerial) connections before this may have been somehow turned off in the menu.
If it doesn't work with a scart it will need a professional repair.
