How can remove a screen to allow sign on?

When I sign on the internet I get a screen that will not allow me to go any further unless I type in the search field my internet provider address. ex. Comcast.net. I never had this problem before and at the bottom left of my screen it says all about:mircosoft. I should be able to go directly to Comcast and should not have to go thru this screen.

You need to reset your homepage. Open IE, click on Tools, Internet Options. At the top of the GENERAL page, type www.comcast.net, if that's your preferred page. Then click apply at the bottom. Close IE, reopen it, and see if that doesn't fix the problem.
