in let and exhaust manifold on 25NM head bolts on 25NM-60deg then slakenof indiviguly half a turn tighten on 60 deg run engine wait slaken of induvigely half a turn tighten on 60deg and run engine wait slaken of half a turn and tighten on 10deg

also the block will need the crank sensor on the crank pulley like the vauxhalls

I have a Daewoo Tacuma 1.6 SX. I have been told the cylinder head is the same as the Lanos, si I guess the sequence is the same too. The question is, how are the bolts numbered (looking at engine in situ) top row, middle 2 hex bolts, bottom (or closest to front / Exhaust manifold) row ?
i.e.

Hi Stuart, the initial torque is 25Nm, then +60deg, then +60deg, then +60deg, then finally +10deg, the cam sprocket/gear 67Nm, cam carrier/cap 16Nm, cam cover 10Nm the sequnce for the head bolts is as looking down on engine
8, 4, 1, 5, 9
7, 3, 2, 6, 10
you do not need new bolts
