Mend Tarus 4500 Start Short Rev

Tarus 4500 Chainsaw tank vent?

The chainsaw will start and tick over for a short while but will not rev up just gurgles and stalls - Will start on choke only - All looks good on carb mechanically - Does anyone know where the tank vent is - doesn't seem to be in the cap - or any other ideas what this could be
