How do I fit a replacement drive belt on my Hotpoint 9334W tumble dryer?

Looks as though the front must come off, if so how?
Is it possible to release the rear bearing and pass the belt through the gap?

I have the same problem with my hotpoint 9326, I have bought the belt but cannot work out how to get it in place everything appears to be in the way, so I hope someone answers this
