It will not be the fuse that is the problem because it is working OK, it is the light switch by the light that makes the light stay on or one of the door switches is broken, if you do not want the light to stay on take the bulb out

The interior light on an Astra is put off and on by the headlamp switch.Push the switch in the centre and the light should go off?Pull it out and the light should come on.Hope this helps
