This may be an early indication of cylinder head gasket failure - its easy to check by a garage with the correct gear. Basically we 'sniff' the fumes inside the expansion bottle with a device that holds a blue fluid - if the fluid turns yellow then exhaust gases are present. Mind you you may only need a new bottle top but its best to make sure.
