HOW CAN I FIX MY SERVIS PLATNUM WASHER DRYER M9004AL?
THE PROBLEM WITH IT IS THAT WATER IS NOT COMING THROUGH INTO THE WASHING MACHINE. IT STOPS OUTSIDE THE VALVES AND THE VALVES ARE NOT LETTING IT IN FOR SOME REASON. ONLY GOES AS FAR AS THE VALVES WHERE THE PIPE FEEDS CONNECT TO THE MACHINE.
Please let me know if you have had any luck? Just had simlar problem with mine just called Servis and they are going to repair it, obviously for a fee! but they do offer insurance for bout £13 month for a year this covers you etc..
