I have spent £1068 on a boiler problem and it still has not been repaired. I am really upset as I don't have the funds for further repairs or replacement and the certified contractor says it was working when he finished the job.
The boiler works for about twenty minutes then turns itself off. I have read the instructions, but am not qualified for repair and am worried about it's safety. Not sure what else I should do.
This is a very simple common boiler and if your engineer cannot help then feel free to search the internet to find me and email or telephone me to ask for further help.

Hi Sophie,
Firstly, your service man sounds like a right p***k.
You say your boiler fires for 20mins, does your heating system get hot?
You also say, your boiler then turns off, does it need to be reset to relight?? as in gone to lockout.
This sounds like a possibe control problem rather than a boiler issue, go check your room-thermostat when the boiler stops and then turn it up to full...see if it refires....
