I spoke to triton and told them that the low pressure button was on and no water was coming from the shower. they said if it is a water pressure problem they could not fix it. however, could the indicator light be a result of other problems? the water to the shower comes in from the mains and has worked for 4 years. there is no noticeable loss of pressure in the main water tap.

to check this i would have to remove the cover from the shower. are you able to recommend a plumber?

the filter is in the end of the mains pipe where it joins the shower. the solenoid valve is what the pipe joins to with the two wires on.

the water has not been turned off because the shower is plumbed into the main water supply and there is mains water being supplied to cold drinking water tap. i dont know where to look for the filter or solenoid valve

solenoid valve poss faulty. or filter blocked or water been turned off.
