Why do my windscreen wipers on my vauxhall zafira not work?
When i turn my windscreen wipers on they go up really slowly to the top then stop. I physically have to keep the switch on and push them back to the starting position. Is this to do with the wiper motor. If so where do i find it and how do i fix the problem. Its a 1999 Vauxhall zafira elegance
under the bonnet against the bulk head suggest you fine the earth connection to the motor and clean,then try wipers again as a BAD EARTH will cause the same motor problem as described.
no improvement the motor will need further investigation.worn or sticking brushes dirty com etc.
