how can i fix my fisher and paykel smart drive excellence 7.5 GW709AU?

my F&P washer is filling sporadically..(water flows for a few secs then stops then flows etc)...
showing code...off..off..on..off..on..off..on..on..
F&P customer care say it is a out of balance switch fault..
just wanted to know where the OOB switch is located?

I had exactly that problem with my same model. I found a way to fix it: Turn machine off at wall. Press "Advance" button & hold down while you turn power back on at the wall. This will reset it. Turn the power button back on & it should work - at least it worked for me.
