My washing machine (Aquarius wf740) is showing fault code 02. I have found on a site that it needs to draining pump to be cleaned but I don't know how to do this. Can you help??
The Plastic plinth at the bottom of the machine pulls off and behind it you will find the filter on the right hand side you will have to unscrew it and clean it at the very worst the pump may need replacing they only cost about £14 retail You can download all you need from Hotpoint just google it.
