How can I fix my unidare night storage heater?

One of my Unidare night storage heaters seems to have stopped working. Its stopped producing any heat and I don't know why.

The light above the switch at the wall still lights up so I'm guessing its not the fuse.

Can anybody suggest any other possible causes & how I might fix it?
