My Vaillant VCW combi-boiler doesn't provide hot water for bath?

Although all the controls are turned to maximum my Vaillant VCW GB 242 EH combi-boiler doesn't provide hot water for a bath. The CH system is working fine though. Boiler has been fully serviced recently. Could it be the heat exchanger? Any suggestions?
