i have cleaned out the filter but the empty water light will not go off! it is just blowing cold air? anyone know how to fix it i have had it just over a year?
at the back bottom right hand corner there is a grey cover, in there is the float switch and pump , look at the silver bar and make sure its not stuck in the up position if its not stuck then the pump may be broken
