how to tune a Sony KV-M14U?

My Mum gave us an old Sony Trinitron, model KV-M14U, the remote has disappeared, I think. Channel 5 is tuned (?) OK but 1-4 are blank. Is it possible to retune so that BBC1, 2, ITV and Channel 4 use slots 1-4?

This Sony was made as a security camera monitor and not as a Tv set. It ONLY receives UHF signals. If you want to receive other signals; VHF, Digital etc, you will have to use another external receiver like a VCR or Set-Top Box and then connect it to the Sony KVM14U.

Pull down the flap on the bottom left of the front of the telly and press the right hand button on the controls that are then exposed (an arrow pointing into a diamond). This will bring up a UHF bar on the screen. Use the volume control to set, and then press the right hand button again to fix it.
