how do i mend windscreen washer ? ford mondeo 2.0 ghia 1995 n?

Hi billy, the fuse is located inside the glove box, the manual will explain how to remove it. if there is no noise, i assume you mean from the water pump, this is either, the fuse or the moter has gone.
either way its cheap as chips to replace, ebay has loads of mondeos being broken down, i got one for £8 (including the washer bottle!)
