mines free of blockages near the vent it still wont make ice

Hi I have had a similar problem with my Scandinova ice maker.
It turned out that the vent where the air is expelled from the machine was blocked, all I needed to do was remove the item that was on that side of the machine and it started working perfectly. Hope this helps
