Getting photos etc from Hard drive on dropped Sony Vaio PCG-9P7M?

My laptop was dropped screen fu........ plugged into another monitor and tons of error stuff came up? probally damaged inside as well.

Sadly I had not backed up tons of collage work and other stuff

The best you can do, Without going to a special hard drive recover company is to remove the harddrive, and put your harddrive into a external harddrive usb caddy, or get a converter and connect it to a desktop pc.
