skillsaw mag 77 immediately eats new brushes?

brand new skill 77 mag skillsaw is eating brand new brushes immediately when the trigger is pulled these are oem brushes and installed correctly there is a lot of sparking the armature looks fine but sum ting wong.

there must a manufacturing defect on the armature..either there is a burr or one of the copper contact plates is rough or seated incorrectly.
if it is still new, you should be able to return it.
