When we turn the washer on to use cold water, the cold water line jumps a bit and then finally the water is just trickling out. The hot water works fine. Whirlpool heavy duty washer; model number LXR6232EQ0; serial number CG2607522.
Unscrew the end of the cold hose that connects to the washer and look for a filter screen at the end of the hose or against the water valve it may be blocked with sediment causing no water flow.
