Mend Ravenheat Shower Hot Water Boiler

Shower hot water fluctuates?

Our boiler will heat the hot water up really hot then switch itself off for a bit then click back into action. Net result? Hot then cold then hot then cold shower. Annoying! Central heating off the same boiler is absolutely fine though. Anyone got any ideas? The boiler is made by Ravenheat.

Had the same problem with my 100T. Changed both thermisters still same problem. I have now found the cure. The seals around the boiler case are very poor. I bought closure plate tape from B&Q and sealed all edges. Now working perfectly. May help.

BOILER HOT WATER THERMISTER REQIRES REPLACING OR HOT WATER HEAT EXCHANGER PARTLT BLOCKED
BOILER IS NOT MODULATING CORRECTLY SHOULD GO BETWEEN HIGH AND LOW FLAME,YOUR IS GOING HIGH FLAME,OVERHEATING THEN OFF,THEM COOLING THEN ON TO HIGH FLAME CAUSING HOT AND COLD SHOWER
