How can I fix my Samsung fridge freezer RS21DCSV?

The temperature control on my Samsung fridge/freezer model RS21DCSV keeps fluctuating. There was an ice build up inside the fridge. I switched the machine off to allow this to defrost, but when I switched it back on the temp on the digital display varies between 5 and 13 although it is set at 5.

need a bit more detail please - does the fridge ice up again? And any other symptoms. Can you hear the fan comne on once the fridge door is closed etc. This sound like the same problem I had and had to pay someone around £200 to get fixed, but the part is only about £30!!

If it is, I can give your step by step instructions

also you should really have your fridge set to around 2 degrees
