fuel lines on Craftsman chain saw?

I have a Model 356.352161, 2.2 cu. in./2-cycle 16 inch chain saw. I tried using it to day and is started for about 3 minutes then died. I found that all my fuel lines were cracked and off of their ports. It seems there are 3 different size lines. None were hook up so I don't know what goes where. There are two ports on the primer bulb, two ports on the carb., and one hole going into the tank with a filter and another small hole going into the tank. Could you PLEASE advise me what goes where or a simple diagram.
