Problems Adjusting Treadmill (ProForm 725 TL) Belt?

I purchased your video "How to Adjust A Treadmill Rear Roller", the video was very informative however it did not fix my problem. My belt is moving to the right, on my treadmill can only make the adjustment on the left and when I make the adjustment and try to run on the treadmill it moving to the left, because the belt is too loose. Therefore, I guess my question would be how I tighten the belt, so it will not slip when I run. In addition, when I increase the speed to a running speed 4.0 and above it’s more like leisure walking speed instead of a light jog.

If the treadmill is un-level from right to left it can make the belt ride to the low side. Run it with no one on it. If it re-centers, it's un-level
If the adjustment bold has broke through the end cap it will ride to the broke side. But it's a drastic all of a sudden move. Not gradual.

If it's moving to the right and it's level you need to tighten the right side. If the adjustment bolt has been adjusted all the way, then the belt is stretched and you need a new one.
How come you can only adjust the one side ?
