how can i fix my samsung american style fridge freezer rs21dcsv?

the fan started to make a loud noise every time you shut the fridge door then it stopped making the noise a few days after that the fridge started to stop working by not reaching its temperature and then the water wouldnt come out of the dispenser i have switched it off for 24 hrs when i plugged it back in water works fine again now but fridge temperature doesnt get cold at all but freezer is working fine any advice or help would be appreciated with thanks

Samsung are extending warranty for 5 years due to the problems with these models

i also have the same problem , my fan started making weird noises then stopped altogether, now my fridge wont stay cool . does any1 know the model they were discussing on watchdog please ,

did the water stop working again after a few days?
if so, this seems to be the same fault on my unit.
the cooling fan on the inside of the fridge needs replacing.
let me know if the above is correct and i'll give you detailed instructions for fixing it

it was on watchdog tonight - contact samsung now while they are responding!!
