When i turn on the washing machine, it starts to work and then stops with water in it. Then the program dial starts to turn round continuously. Any ideas on how to solve this would be very much appreciated.
could just be something simple like the pump is blocked. remove the little white panel that runs along the bottom at the front uscrew the black plastic bit and remove anything that is in it. should be able to gently pull out the centre of the motor too.
put it back together and try again.
