i can not lock my door have taken handles of and lock cylinder i have noticed that there are two places for the handle bar to pass through. The top one wont work however the bottom hole does. is it possible to remove and reposition so the working hole is in position and in line for the handles?
no you cant because the hole for the handle is governed by the possition of the cylinder.it sounds like your lock has failed and you will need a new one
