how can I fix my boiler?

my central heating works fine, but i have no hot water?
when i run the hot water tap, my radiators start to get warm

You have a washer which has increased in size over a period of time. This washer is at the top rear rhs of the heat exchanger and is restricting the flow of water to your taps.isolate your cold water into the boiler disconnect the coupling take out/ remove the washer. You will now have full flow to your taps, I would advise you to have a new 15mm fibre washer to ensure a water tight seal on completion.
