You need to swap the power wires on the back of the unit over (Yellow & red) one is continuous power and the other is switched power. If you have them round the wrong way each time you switch the ignition off all memory is lost

had this problem myself easily sorted you have yellow wires and red wires if you disconnect these and swap them around you will not lose your settings when you turn ignition off also if you disconnect the yellow wire only and connect this to the spare red wire the radio can be on when ignition key removed great when you leave kids in the car enjoy kev

you need to have a memory wire(constant earth). cus you dont have this, your system resets everytime you turn the engine off.... on the back of the stereo you will have a wire, i think its the blue one, now connect a wire to the battery live and connect it to this and u ewill find its fine now.....
