We are having the same problem at the moment. Called Combi-Uk out today and they said that it was a switch which was sticking and that the 3 way valve tends to go on these boilers once they get to about 3 years old. Ours has been installed for 2 years. The trouble started about a month ago when we couldnt get any hot water unless the heating was on constant. Now, after the engineer has been out we can get hot water but no central heating. We are getting him back tomorrow so I will let you know the outcome.
