DOES NOT SEEM TO WANT TO REV VERY HIGH
APPEARS TO BE FLAT. FUEL GOOD. TRIED WITHOUT AIR FILTER FOR ELIMINATION AND THROTTLE OPENS FULLY, ALSO PLUG LOOKS IN GOOD CONDITION. ANY IDEAS PLEASE
there r 2 screws on the carb screw then in and turn them one and a harf turns out that should do it hope this helps i work on them all week i repair them
