How do I get rid of the mildew oder from my Kenmore 80 series washer?
I have a Kenmore 80 series washer. It has a mildew oder that continues to get worse. I've tried washing with vinager to get the smell out; however, the smell continues to worsen.
Leave door open after use and allow to dry naturally, consider cleaning powder/softner tray as large scum build-up will add to the problem.

the mildew problem must be coming from between your the lining of your washer drum try using 4 boxes of arm@hammer baking soda in the wash cycle when the washer is full turn off the cycle add the soda let sit 48hrs then start the cycle . thats what i had to do with my washer that had the same problem.use no clothing during this cycle
