Mend Ferroli F24b Boiler Central Heating Radiator

My heating will not come on, I have a Ferroli F24b... Any ideas?

I have hot water but no central heating. I have checked the output of the timer model and this is working. When I select the heating option on the timer model this does not activate the heating (nor does the radiator symbol display on the boiler unit). Can anyone help...?
