I get a rattle when starting my renault megane 1.6 priviledge 2003 from cold it only lasts 3 to 4 seconds then runs ok afterwards, the vehicle is parked on the road at night
take it to your local renault garage and you just might get the repair carried out free of charge or they might give a contribution,they know about this type of problem,and after they have diagnosed the fault ,they will tell wheather you will have to pay or not ,because its not cheap,?.
