i had the same problem with zanussi washer, but it was the power drawer that was blocked, as i thought, but when i took the top off the washer, i followed the water were it comes out of the back of the drawer, into a big black rubber pipe with ribbs on it , it has a clip on each end of it ,one end goes to the drawer , and the other down to the drum , i opened the clips and took it off , and it was full of power that had gone hard , and was blocking it up, i washed it out , put it back and it was fine,, hope this might help , ps unplug it if your doing it as you know, good luck..
