bosch worchester 240?

my boiler is is working when the heating is on but when i
try for the hot water it is only lukewarm . the boiler is firing
up as normal but no hot water any help please

it sounds like either the plate heat exchanger or the divertor valve could be falty as long as your pressure is above 1 bar and heating is ok thease are common problems on combi boilers unfortunatly your 240 is a good age and the average life span of early combis are only 10 to 14 years?
