How can I reset my Kenmore dishwasher?

I've had my Kenmore Ultra Wash dishwasher for several years. It suddenly stopped working and the lights for the cycle selected started to blink. At times the cancel button clears the lights, but when I select a cycle and start the dishwasher, it seems to run for a few minutes. It then stops and the lights start blinking again. This has happened in the past and it seems to reset after several days. I'd like to reset it now and save time.

Try resetting it by pushing the high temp wash then air dry then high temp wash and then air dry. This should start a self test cycle. Hopefully this will solve your problem.
