peugeot 306 turbo diesel fuel system needs priming on every start up?
My peugeot 306 fuel system doesn't seem to retain fuel in the lines ready for start up the next morning. The car starts fine when warm, and no it isn't the pre-heat system as i have checked that. Is there any querky problems with the fuel systems on these cars that i might need to look out for.
check the injector return lines( small rubber pipes) they may be split or the fuel filter housing gasket may be perished. check all the fuel pipes when the engine is running by squiting them in brake cleaner to see if the revs rise. if they do you have a air leak
