Baxi 130 he problems?

Hi all my baxi is flashing L7 sometimes L8 a friend said to pump up the chamber, i've checked the rads ok there, any ideas, i get a spinning noise (pump?) but no gas or spark, help no heating or hot water.

L7 dhw L8 ch points towards some kind of pump proven switch possibly??

spinning probably fan and since you have no spark i would guess
air pressure switch (fan proven switch)
/aps tubes
/venturi.

All related to proving the fan is running before firing up
