Heating coming on when running bath? (vokera excell boiler)?

divertor valve sticking in central heating position. it should move over to block ch and allow hot water transfer when tap is opened but they stick or get cr*p in them which stops them moving over fully and allows some heat through rads.

Mr I've not got a clue either but hazzard an educated guess :-)
