How do I take the bottom off of a Progressive 200?

I need to change the belt on my vaccum cleaner, a Kenmore Progressive 200 and can't seem to get the bottom off to change it, could someone please tell me how to get the bottom off.

Look on the top of the bottom cover and you will see a button on each side that says to change belt and light, slide those towards the outside of the vaccum then lift the cover, then you will see 2 push tabs on the end of white roller, press thoses and remove the white roller cover pull the roller straight up and that will do it
